The Lemontrade Group is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our Clients and anyone else who may visit our website, calls us, write to us or emails us.

Through these interactions we accumulate data, some of which may be considered personal data.

The data we may hold includes

  • Your name and possibly an alternative contact name.

  • Physical postal addresses.

  • Telephone numbers (both landline and mobiles) and alternative contact telephone numbers

Along with this data we process a range of information which includes;

  • Notes on the required works you wish Lemontrade to undertake

  • Estimates and Quotations

  • Details of financial payments made but never any financial details such as Sort Codes, Account Numbers or Banking Organisation.    

Use of your data

We need to hold and process this information to undertake our business processes such as

  • Gathering information about works you require in order to generate an Estimate

  • Identification of the site were the works are to be conducted and for the successful navigation to the site by both Lemontrade Group Staff and Third Party Delivery Companies.

  • Using various means of communication such as letters, emails, phone calls to provide information to you relating to your enquiry and provision of information such as estimates.

  • The recording of materials and effort expended whilst undertaking works for you and the subsequent processing of this information to generate an invoice to you.  

Data Storage

The Data we gather will be stored in a number of places including third party systems. Where a Third-Party system is used the Privacy Policy of that Third-Party will prevail. The Third-Party systems used by Lemontrade Group limited are;

  • – The provider of our webmail service

  • – The provider of the website hosting platform and the website design and build.

  • – The provider of our accounting software.

  • Any Third Party Suppliers of materials where the Supplier needs to deliver materials direct to site.

The only other systems used to store data are;

  • Lemontrade mobile telephones for contact details.

  • MS Office based programs residing on a laptop computer for creating letters and estimates.

Lemontrade mobile phones and computers all have security features such as automatic time outs to set devices back to locked log in screens that require username and password entry to re-enable the device.

For each method by which we collect personal data, this privacy policy documents our lawful basis for processing the data. Where we rely on your consent to process your data, we explain how you can withdraw your consent and delete your data.
