When we undertake a project it will usually require us to procure new products on your behalf. Most products will come with some form of warranty. For bigger items there may be a registration form to complete to initiate the warranty or indeed to obtain a longer period. All too often these forms will not get completed or even handed over to you.

We believe this is not an acceptable level of service. We will therefore undertake to

  • register where necessary a product(s) in your name

  • create a copy of the registration document(s)

  • collate all user instructions

  • provide copies of any receipts for products purchased if required to validate a warranty claim

All the above documentation will then be handed over in a file to the Home Owner.
